Scientists do their best work in a welcoming environment that encourages the free expression of diverse perspectives and exchange of ideas. The Physics Community Committee (PCC) is a group of undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs and faculty who work to build and maintain such a community and to ensure that everyone in the department has equal access to opportunities and resources in order to pursue their scientific goals.
