Onboarding Paperwork and Work Authorization Verification

All students will be sent an on-boarding packet through the secure platform DocuSign. This will be sent to you during the month of August before you start your studies and will require completion. If you are a visa holder, please include the following documents with your DocuSign packet by uploading them before you submit:

  • Passport Photo
  • Visa Stamp
  • I-20
  • I-94

All students must also go to the on-campus I9 center. You must complete part 1 (online) and part 2 (in person). Please visit the I9 website to see which documents are required to prove your work authorization. Students who applied for a Social Security number must wait to go to the I9 center until the Social Security Card is received in the mail.
