I completed my Bachelor's degree at Yale University as a double major in Physics (Intensive) and Statistics and Data Science. As an undergraduate, I worked with Yale's Relativistic Heavy Ion Group on a tune of the Herwig 7.3 Monte Carlo Event Generator for collision energies at the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider (RHIC) in Brookhaven, NY. I spent part of Summer 2024 analyzing data from van der Meer scans, which are used to make absolute luminosity measurements, for the ATLAS experiment at CERN. At Columbia, I plan on studying the properties of Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP) and the role of Quantum Chromodynamics (QCD) in early-universe thermodynamics.
