High-Energy Nuclear/Particle Physics, Ross-Lonergan Group

I graduated with dual Bachelor's degrees in physics and astronomy from the University of Maryland, College Park. I graduated with high honors in physics based on my work in accelerator beam dynamics, and high honors in entomology for training bees to smell radioactive materials. However, my true passion always lied with particle physics! I got started researching neutrinos at Fermilab about halfway through my undergrad and haven't stopped since. At Columbia, I'm excited to continue researching neutrinos and contribute to searches for Beyond the Standard Model physics (exactly the kind of stuff that inspired me to pursue physics in the first place)! Outside of school, I like to go outdoors, keep bees, look for fossils, and play videogames.
