Ashley Delphia (she/her/hers) serves as the Director of Academic Administration and Finance in the Department of Physics, where she is responsible for the overall academic, financial, curricular, and programmatic operations of the department. In this role, she provides strategic oversight of financial management and human resources, supports faculty affairs and recruitment efforts, and leads major departmental projects and initiatives. She also manages and coordinates academic operations, working closely with faculty and staff to ensure the effective delivery of academic programs and the smooth day-to-day functioning of the department.
