Dr. Yifan Wang is an Assistant Professor of Physics at New York University, where his research focuses on non-perturbative aspects of quantum field theory and string theory.

Title: News on the Cusp 

Abstract: We discuss new sum rules and inequalities for the cusp anomalous dimensions of conformal line defects, derived from basic principles of quantum field theory. We briefly comment on their applications ranging from gauge theory to entanglement and Renyi entropies.
